Just a quick reminder that we are open for business, but for the safety of customers and our team, the physical shop is not open to customers. We are operating a collection or delivery service only.
Ideally, please order online at our website. For any help logging in, please email our online support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The phones will be manned Monday - Saturday from 10am until 4pm. Collections are operating from Tuesday to Friday 10am-4pm. Deliveries will be made at various times on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays. Please note these operating times may vary as the situation progresses.
We would encourage you to place your order online, as there is a full payment facility. If you do not have access to our online page, orders can be taken over the phone but we will have to check stock levels and payment will need to be taken by card before collection/despatch.
We are offering free delivery of 12 bottles or more within 30 miles of the shop - simply use code localdelivery at online checkout. For these deliveries we are operating as contactless delivery or 'posh cherry knocking', so you and our team can maintain safe distance. Please see below for more details.
If you are collecting from the shop, we ask that you to knock on the door, wait at the bottom of the steps, let us know who you are and then we will bring your order to the top of the steps to collect once we have closed the door!
We are still offering free delivery for purchases of 12+ bottles within 30 miles of Tetbury - (use code localdelivery online). Our drivers are trained in all sanitisation procedures and will conduct a contactless delivery maintaining the correct distancing measures.
For nationwide deliveries, we are using UPS who have their own measures in line with World Health Organization guidance to minimise the risks for employees and customers to ensure a safe delivery. This service costs £11.95 per 12 bottles, with all Wine Club members receiving one free delivery per month as part of their membership.
