A pretty quaffing blend of Ugni Blanc and Colombard - light, crisp, dry and fruity.
Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, this is an uncomplicated but enjoyable, light, easy-drinking white wine made from fruit grown around the tiny village of Cruzy near Beziers in the heart of the Languedoc, not far inland from the glinting Mediterranean. Great with light lunches for those lucky ladies that do. Or quaff a glass at the end of a busy day and finish the bottle with a simple kitchen supper of fish, salad or cold meat.
