How much does it cost?
Delivery is free locally if you order 12 bottles or more (within 10 miles of Tetbury). We have our own van so will contact you within 24 hrs of your order to arrange a mutually agreeable time which will happen within a 5 day timescale. For orders under £200 outside our local area, there is a charge of £11.95 per case (12 bottles) . We don't charge for orders over £200. For remote parts of the country the cost is the same but the delivery may take a couple days longer.
How long does it take?
Typically two or three days. But experience warns us not to promise that this will always happen, so if you need something by a certain date, give us a ring, and we will do our best to ensure it happens.
What time will it arrive?
Usually deliveries take place between 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
Do I need to be at the delivery address when my wine arrives?
Not if you have told us that your wine can be left somewhere for you. Make sure you leave clear instructions when you place your order - there is an opportunity to do this when you pay. Alternatively, the driver will leave a card with a telephone number for you to ring to rearrange delivery another time, following which you must do so within 3 days or the wine will come back to us.
When you’ve got hold of your wine, do inspect it as soon as possible. In the extremely unlikely event that something is broken or missing, let us know straight away so that we can sort it out for you.
